July 5 you will be receiving your new secure login and password. Following are a couple of steps that you need to take to update your account; all of which can be done from the "My Account" tab:
- Update your business categories - The WTA staff has set this up for you, but it is always a good idea to check and make sure we put your business in the right place. You can also add additional categories in which you specialize. To change or update your categories, click on the "My Categories" tab and locate your main category and then add any sub-categories that apply to your business.
- Update your credit card information - As a security precaution, we did not import your credit card information to the new website. To update your credit card information simply click on the "Payment Set Up" tab and enter your credit card information. Don't forget to hit save!
- Update your tax information - The WTA staff has already set up your tax information, but please take a- look to make sure we didn't miss anything.
Please remember to keep your account information private. If you would like to set up additional users, give us a call and we will set them up with their own unique login and password.
We appreciate your patience and help with the move to the new website. The new platform will not only help you manage your barter account more efficiently, it will also make it easier for other businesses in the alliance to find and do business with you.
