Reno Businesses Trade for 9/11 Memorial Concert Tickets

TOCCATA Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus will finalize their 2013 Tahoe Summer MusicFest with a concert series which commemorates the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy.  The concert will open with Mozart's symphonic-choral masterpiece, Requiem, with soloists Katharine DeBoer, Joy Strotz, and Anna Helwing, sopranos; Stephanie Dixon, mezzo soprano, Albert Lee and Chris Nelson, tenor and Stuart Duke, baritone; and includes the 65 voice Tahoe Symphony Orchestra Chorus.  The series concludes with famed violinist Elizabeth Pitcairn performing Beethoven's Concerto for Violin in D major, Op.61 on the legendary Red Stradivarius Violin. Maestro James Rawie, TOCCATA's Founder and Artistic Director, will conduct all performances.
