How Barter Banking Works

The barter industry can be easily misunderstood, which makes Western Trade Alliance’s growth all the more impressive. Once people learn about WTA, they realize that by using barter they can obtain goods and services from a growing network of local businesses (and are not limited to bartering with only one company).  For example, a bookkeeping business can earn trade dollars doing bookkeeping work for a car repair business. The bookkeeper can then use trade dollars to purchase a gym membership; the gym owner can have new flooring installed; and the flooring company can have business cards printed.
